Hazonlive checks your mailbox every ten minutes. If a new, unread enquiry needs a reply, a draft is ready shortly afterwards; if something is unclear, Anna asks you. If you wish, Lena prepares the posts your content calendar still needs, every day.

By default, replies and posts wait for your approval. Autopilot, which publishes posts without another click, is switched on per channel by you. Even then, Hazonlive checks every automatically scheduled post in German for sensitive wording, such as health promises or absolute guarantees, and sends it to approval if it finds any.

How accurate is the AI-generated text?

Is my data used for AI training?
No. Your data is used solely to process your requests — model training is contractually excluded with every AI provider. Storage is in the EU (Frankfurt); AI processing runs at Anthropic and OpenAI (USA) under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The providers retain inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse detection — not for training.
Can I integrate the assistants into existing workflows?
Yes. You can copy and paste results or publish directly via the content hub — to connected channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Business and WordPress. You can also connect your mailbox (Gmail, Outlook or IMAP).
